1. Return Period

You have a period of 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. If 30 days have elapsed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• In the same condition that you received it.

• Unworn, unused, and with original tags attached.

• In its original packaging.

• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at nirushama4623@hotmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Damaged or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
